This week I found a duckling that had been abandoned, it was prematurely born with hardly any feathers and couldn’t walk as it had very weak legs. You know what a sucker I am for an animal so I took it home and held it for hours, I didn’t think it would make it but I wanted it to know it wasn’t alone. Anyway, to cut a long story short, the duckling is still with us but still has weak legs. I’m giving it swimming lessons in my bathroom sink several times a day after some advice I got from a lady who saw my duckling video on Instagram. I sometimes wonder how my life has become quite so odd and filled with animals and then I remember – oh yes, I’m a total pushover!
